Garlic has been established on the island of Graciosa since the arrival of the first settlers in the 15th century, earning it the title "Land of Garlic", as well as IGP classification, in 2021.
The famous Graciosa garlic, PGI, is produced on land with good sun exposure and sheltered from strong winds. It has a flavor of high intensity, pleasant and with little persistence, unique in the region.
Held on Graciosa Island, its main objective is to unite companies and the population of the island in the projection and commercialization of the famous Graciosa Garlic.
